  Responsibilities:   
-  Conduct associate-level recruitment activities.
 
 
-  Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively.
 
 
-  Coordinate with different departments to facilitate HR-related processes.
 
 
-  Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements as assigned.
 
 
-  Draft business emails and documents proficiently as required.
 
 
-  Coordinate end-to-end activities with various vendors.
 
 
-  Ensure sufficient and timely arrangement of assets.
 
 
-  Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
 
 
-  Stay updated with industry best practices and trends and make recommendations for process enhancements.
 
 
-  Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the people team and across the organization.
