<p><p><b>Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Hyland is looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator/developer to join our Information Systems team.
In this position, you will be responsible for building solutions within Hylands Salesforce platform with a focus on configuring within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud managed packages including CPQ and Billing.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Qualified candidates thrive on building problem solving solutions for our business teams and will be knowledgeable in declarative and programmatic capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem as well as integrations with related packages and applications.
If you are looking for a robust team to work with and learn from while growing your skills within the Salesforce platform, you will want to check this opportunity out.</p><p><br/></p><p><p><b>What You Will Be Doing : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Translate basic business and technical requirements into working solutions with oversight from team members and leadership; apply team standards in solution development.</p><p><br/></p>- Design, prototype, build and configure solution with minimal oversight from team members and according to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate and gain approval from team members on developed solutions; revise and modify as necessary.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and execute unit and integration testing of business applications and ensure performance is optimal and resolve any issues; advise business customers on testing practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain and support developed solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist with planning prioritizing and estimating incoming work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all solutions are developed and documented in a manner that allows for ease of maintenance by our support team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Migrate solutions within DevOps pipeline using designated tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with other areas of the business in the development of solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide input on how to improve team standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Safeguard the security integrity and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hylands Information Systems Security Will Make You Successful :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and </p><p>experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
Experience should be between 5 years to 10 years.</p><p><br/></p>- Experience with building solutions on the Salesforce platform including<br/><br/></p><p>- Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and </p><p>the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as </p><p>maintain professionalism with those outside of department.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree.
