This role will involve providing technical expertise to support the sales team, helping to convince clients on the technical aspects of services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through solution design, documentation, and support during deployment.</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of cloud services, data center infrastructure, and security, along with excellent communication and customer handling skills.
The position demands hands-on experience with IT infrastructure services, including private and hybrid cloud solutions, virtualization, network, and data security.</p><br/>Key Responsibilities :<p><br/></p><p>1.
Solution Architecture & Design :<br/></p><p><br/>- Architect and propose comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, including data center consolidation, cloud (public, private, and hybrid), virtualization, and security solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design solutions for infrastructure as a service (IaaS) based on customer requirements and analyze cost-effective options.</p><br/>2.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement :<br/><br/><p>- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions that address customer business challenges.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their business and technology requirements and providing tailored solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoC).
