He/She should have 3+ years experience as a full stack developer with proven track record in creating mobile app and web products.<br/><br/>Responsibilities : <br/><br/>- Build, manage, and validate a Tech Roadmap for our Products <br/><br/>- Architecture Practices - At startups, the dynamics changes very fast.
Making sure that best practices are defined and followed by team is very important.<br/><br/>- Build progressive learning culture and establish predictable model of envisioning, designing and developing products <br/><br/>- Product Innovation through Research and continuous improvement <br/><br/>- Build out the Technological Infrastructure <br/><br/>- Hiring and building out the Technology team <br/><br/>- Setting up and managing the entire IT infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Ensure company-wide security and IP protection.<br/><br/>- Innovator and Visionary<br/><br/>Requirements : <br/><br/>- 3 to 6 years of Technology experience as a full-stack developer<br/><br/>- API design and development and RESTful Services<br/><br/>- Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS <br/><br/>- Server-side languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and .Net<br/><br/>- Database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB<br/><br/>- Web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
<br/><br/>- Frameworks related to their server-side language of choice like: Express.js, Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, etc.<br/><br/>- 1+ year experience managing Cloud computing infrastructure<br/><br/>- Experience with technical design & architecture<br/><br/>- Architectural design for the multi-layered system.<br/><br/>- Experience as a Tech Lead, IT Manager, Director, VP, or CTO <br/><br/>- Ability to work in an unstructured environment <br/><br/>Interests :<br/><br/> - Researching the industry, Data mining and analysis for product development.<br/><br/> - Artificial intelligence, machine learning and block-chain technology.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
