Urgent! iAM Quality Analyst Job Opening In Bengaluru – Now Hiring Renovision Automation Services Pvt.Ltd.
<p><p><b>5days work from office, EST shift.</b><br/><br/><b>Role Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>The IAM Quality Analyst will primarily work on the <b>Identity & Access Management</b> Continuous Improvements initiative, to stabilize and enhance the existing <b>SailPoint IdentityIQ (SAM)</b> environment, ensuring it supports secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The effort aims to improve data quality, reduce operational risks, and lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across Sun Lifes identity infrastructure.
This initiative also seeks to maximize Sun Lifes existing investments in <b>SailPoint, CyberArk, and AWS</b> by aligning identity governance capabilities with business and security objectives.<br/><br/>You will work with the CI Project team (combination of Cyderes & Sun Life resources) & other technical resourcesteams (IAM Operations, EET team (AD), HRIT) to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments, ensuring all established security controls are executed and enforced as it applies to Identity Access Management tools and access.
The responsibilities will also include promotion and enforcement of the Logical Access Security Standards in accordance to set procedures.<br/><br/><b>Main Accountabilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design & execute test cases for SIT and UAT, for functional changes <br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure that products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements and user expectations<br/><br/></p><p>- Liaise with different areas of the project team (Devs, BAs, BAU, Product Owners, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide updates at daily stand ups and functional calls<br/><br/></p><p>- Record accurate test results in JIRA & capture evidence<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay on the forefront of industry knowledge and share learnings with team members <br/><br/><b>Skills :<br/></b><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in using Identity and Access Management suite or other access provisioning tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP and Active Directory user access administration protocols<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge on Java programming and SQL<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a team environment<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a demanding environment by prioritizing tasks and escalating/communicating issues as required<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to seek assistance to overcome obstacles<br/><br/></p><p>- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 4+ years of experience in a QA role<br/><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of experience working in <b>IT Security related projects, access controls, Identity and Access Management</b><br/><br/></p><p>- University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT or a related field<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>This role requires availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST).</b></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
