  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, including coding, administration, configuration, and support.


  • Proven expertise in integrating SailPoint with HR systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft, as well as enterprise platforms including UNIX, databases, Active Directory, LDAP, and ACF2.
  • Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including user lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), enterprise roles, policies, rules, lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows to support system and application onboarding to the SailPoint platform.
  • Solid knowledge of IAM standards and protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, RBAC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
  • Strong engineering and integration experience with:
  • Programming languages: Java, BeanShell, JSP/Servlets, PERL, Unix Shell Scripting, PowerShell, VBScript, SQL, PL/SQL, and batch scripting in a DevOps environment.
  • Operating systems: UNIX, Windows, Linux, AIX.
  • Web technologies: Web Services, RESTful APIs, JSON, and application servers like Tomcat and JBoss.
  • Database systems: Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Experience with access management technologies including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SCIM, and federation protocols.
  • Strong skills in directory integrations, including Active Directory, LDAP, and virtual directories.
  • Proficient in automation and scripting to streamline IAM tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards related to identity management, with an understanding of their implications on audit, governance, and risk.
