Job description

<p><p><b>Key Own end-to-end sales cycle for FLYGHT Services from lead generation, qualification, POC/demo setup, to deal closure and onboarding.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build relationships with key stakeholders in State Police, Municipal Corporations, SEZs, Expressway Authorities, PSUs, and large private industrial clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with partner ecosystem and internal operations to deliver seamless POC/pilot programs and customer onboarding.<br/><br/></p><p>- Draft techno-commercial proposals, SLAs, and pricing models suited to customer need and policy frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and closure reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide field feedback to Product and Operations for service optimization and new use-case development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Represent ideaForge at key government, smart city, drone policy, and industry events in the Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field.

MBA is a 7-10 years of B2G/B2B field sales experience in South India.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven success in selling services/technology solutions to government departments (Police, Urban Development, Transport, etc.) or industrial clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles, public procurement processes (GEM, CPPP, GFR norms), and Drone as a Service or AMC-style models is highly preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Past exposure to smart city, GIS/mapping, IoT/surveillance, or security technology solutions is a strong advantage.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
