<p><p><b>Job Summary :<br/></b><br/>We are looking for an accomplished Lead DevOps Engineer to drive our cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD strategy.<br/><br/> You will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, and management of our applications on AWS, using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.<br/><br/> This is a leadership role focused on ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all environments.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Cloud Architecture & Management : Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).<br/><br/>- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Architect and manage infrastructure provisioning using Terraform for all cloud resources.<br/><br/>- Container Orchestration : Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).<br/><br/>- CI/CD Pipeline : Own, build, and optimize end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.<br/><br/>- Monitoring & Logging : Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Datadog) to ensure system health and quick incident response.<br/><br/>- Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for cloud security (IAM, Security Groups, WAF) and ensure compliance with industry standards.<br/><br/>- Leadership : Serve as the technical lead for DevOps projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills (Hard Skills) :</b><br/><br/>- Cloud Platform : 5+ years of in-depth experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, Lambda).<br/><br/>- Containerization : Expert proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes administration and deployment.<br/><br/>- Infrastructure-as-Code : Advanced experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure at scale.<br/><br/>- CI/CD : Strong experience designing and implementing complex CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).<br/><br/>- Scripting : Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and tool development.<br/><br/>- Operating System : Strong foundation in Linux system administration and networking.<br/><br/><b>Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred) :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).<br/><br/>- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or equivalent certification.<br/><br/>- Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).<br/><br/>- Experience in a DevSecOps environment, integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
