We strongly believe that our diversity is a key driver of innovation and :</b></p><p><br/>This role is responsible for the application performance and availability, working closely with other technical teams to ensure the service to our client is always of the best Missions : </b><br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Technical Support : Help developers troubleshoot Windows SDK issues (API behavior & deployment errors).<br/><br/>- Bug Reporting : Identifying bugs in SDKs and escalate to engineering teams.<br/><br/>- Document & Guidance : Write and maintain technical documentation, FAQs and how-to-guides.<br/><br/>- Sample Code : Develop sample apps and SDK usage demos.<br/><br/>- Development of fully functional solution for queries and roadblocks from the customers (PoC).<br/><br/>- Platform Compatibility : Programming the features across platforms and languages (Windows/ Linux in C#, C++ and other as required).<br/><br/>- Log Analysis : Read and interpret logs (e.
event viewer logs and crash dumps).<br/><br/>- Training : Create SDK training material and provide training to developers.<br/><br/>- Design and develop solution : according to the customer objective and requirements.<br/><br/>- Resolving any software and hardware related issues and queries.<br/><br/>- In depth knowledge of the complete package of Product (Software and Hardware) with the intermediate processes and Is Expected To Be Done :</b></p><p><br/>- Coordination between different Business Units and Verticals within the organization.</p><br/>- Coordinating with teams in different regions and time zones at the same time.<br/><br/>- Coding for particular feature or integrating different features to develop a solution.<br/><br/>- Understanding and debugging codes from customer side or other Business Units.<br/><br/>- Interacting with global customers, understanding the objectives of the project.<br/><br/>- Documenting in details of the projects with Product and Business opportunities.<br/><br/>- Willingness to take up new challenges from customer.<br/><br/>- Quick Learner for the changes and advancement of & Other Information :</b><br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of C#, C++, .NET, Next.Js Other Object-Oriented Programming.<br/><br/>- Experience in working with sequential programming languages like C#, C/C++.<br/><br/>- Excellent coding and debugging skills for proprietary as well as generalized objectives.<br/><br/>- Able to understand the structures of different platforms and program accordingly.<br/><br/>- Experience with Databases : SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL,.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in writing SQL Query, Stored Procedures, Trigger, and Function, View.<br/><br/>- Experience in Developing Web Services and Applications.<br/><br/>- Hands on Experience Web Services like AWS/Azure.<br/><br/>- Experience in working across the different platforms and OS like Windows, Android, Linux.<br/><br/>- Hands on experience with different IDE like Visual Studios, Eclipse, Netbeans, Android Studio etc.<br/><br/>- Must possess strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to communicate issues and solutions.<br/><br/>- Reporting : submit accurate and timely reports as needed.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
