Urgent! Identity & Access Data Specialist - VBA Job Opening In Bengaluru – Now Hiring Renovision Automation Services Pvt.Ltd.
<p><p><b>JOB SUMMARY :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations for the Identity & Access Management - Data Services function by ensuring native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert and ensure processes / procedures are followed without any deviations and as per documented process.
Perform Monitoring activities to ensure data Quality and monthly metrics are : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Ensure Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, as per defined timelines, enabling effecting IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure Userlists are extracted/ sourced, converted and Uploaded to Onecert.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct and strict adherence to established process to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation process to source the Userlists.<br/><br/></p><p>- Fulfilment of requests raised by business/ stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Responsible for implementing Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish/participate in active collaborations with external team for Userlist sourcing.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with support to understand the application limitations and opportunities for improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Responsible to highlight/mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and to The Bank.<br/><br/></p><p>- Responsible to support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Responsible to demonstrate good working etiquette, strong team work and communication to the team.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Undertake periodical review and other exercises in relation with Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-</p><p>compliance and security & Business Conduct : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including </p><p>regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines </p><p>and the Group Code of Conduct.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles : [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right stakeholders : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Application Business Owner</p><p><br/></p>- ICS/IAM domain Leads/Heads<br/><br/></p><p>- Technology Teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Application Support : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b> TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>EDUCATION</b> : BACHELORS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD</p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>CERTIFICATIONS</b> : EXCEL VBA AND MACROS</p></p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>LANGUAGES : </b>ENGLISH</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
