Exposure to the healthcare domain is good to have.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for business stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visualizations.<br/><br/>- Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts to deliver insights.<br/><br/>- Implement row-level security, governance, and compliance in Power BI reports.<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers in BI best practices.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and BI industry trends.<br/><br/>Required Skills :<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Paginated Reports).<br/><br/>- Solid experience in data modeling, SQL, and relational databases.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in ETL tools and processes.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL DB, Analysis Services) is a plus.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
