Job description

Location: Mumbai, Malad.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer with hands-on experience in international banking operations to design, deliver, and enhance training programs for new hires and existing staff.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of global banking processes, compliance standards, and customer service protocols.

️ Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct process training for banking operations including payments, KYC/AML, trade finance, credit cards, and customer service.
- Develop and update training modules, SOPs, and assessments tailored to international banking workflows.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees and refresher sessions for tenured staff.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support.
- Maintain training MIS and prepare reports on training effectiveness and outcomes.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, system changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process training within international banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage diverse learner groups and adapt training styles accordingly.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to BPO/KPO environments handling banking clients.
- Knowledge of digital banking trends and fintech platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
