Responsibilities:
- Deliver integration solutions in a timely manner following SAP and project standards.
- Translate functional requirements into technical design documents and integration specifications.
- Develop, configure, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Plan and execute internal unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, and regression testing.
- Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration errors.
- Participate in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support activities, including resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
- Work closely with business and functional teams to gather requirements, analyze source and target systems, and design effective integration solutions.
- Support system configuration, documentation, and training related to SAP CPI processes.
- Collaborate with technical/AMS leads to track progress, report risks, and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide continuous improvement and optimization of existing integration solutions.
- Participate actively in project meetings, testing cycles, and go-live support.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of delivered integrations.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Be an effective team player and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or IT
- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite (or CPI) certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Integration Suite.
- Proficient in iFlow development, message mappings, value mappings, error handling, and content modifiers.
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using protocols such as SOAP, REST, IDoc, OData, SFTP, HTTPS, and JDBC.
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting and XSLT for advanced message transformation.
- Good understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Client Certificates, Basic Auth).
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, and Communication Arrangements.
- Exposure to EDI, S/4HANA Cloud Integration, or Third-Party API integration is a plus.
- Prior experience in project implementation and support roles (Level 1 / 2 / 3) preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with both business and IT teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
