The primary focus will be in leading the application of data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high-quality prediction systems integrated with our products.<br/><br/>What this role entail :<br/><br/>- Understanding business objectives and formulate the problem as a Data Science problem (Expert level proficiency in Forecasting)<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines and reproducible modelling pipelines.<br/><br/>- Explore data and communicate insights clearly<br/><br/>- Manage a team of data scientists and senior data scientists<br/><br/>- Analyze experimental results, iterate and refine models to create significant business impact<br/><br/>- Build analytic systems and predictive models<br/><br/>- Test performance of data-driven products<br/><br/>- Experiment with new models and techniques<br/><br/><b>What lands you in this role :</b><br/><br/>- Overall exp of 7+ years with at least 5-7 years of experience in Data Analytics Model development and deployment <br/><br/>- Strong forecasting experience <br/><br/>- Must have exposure to developing predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms for business applications<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of data management and visualization techniques<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience of working across SQL, R, Python, Hadoop<br/><br/>- Experience of managing teams of at least 2-3 members<br/><br/>- Strong organizational and leadership skills<br/><br/>- Understanding and exposure to business applications and integration of analytics with businesses.<br/><br/>- B Tech/BE degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
