Role Overview
As an Implementation Architect, you will:
- Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products
- Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure
- Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insights
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding:
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-live
Adoption & Value Quantification:
- Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges
- Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewals
Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience
- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvement
Roadmap Planning:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmap
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a technical implementation role
- Willingness to work US Shift hours
- Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software
- Domain Expertise: PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards
- Certificate Lifecycle management/operations
- PKI implementation processes
- PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practices
Hands-on:
- Kubernetes
- Linux / Windows server management
- Apache, IIS (application expertise)
- Preferred: CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications
- Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations
- Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skills
