Responsibilities Flexibly implement MocDoc's software solutions and provide hands-on customer training as needed.
Proactively identify and document diverse use cases for software features.
Manage a high volume of customer interactions, assess needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct detailed weekly reviews of closed support cases to monitor and enhance process compliance.
Exhibit customer-oriented adaptability to handle diverse customer profiles effectively.
Identify service quality gaps, propose solutions, and spearhead initiatives to enhance customer service.
Prioritize and execute tasks effectively to meet competing deadlines.
Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in remote IT application support (Voice Support).
Background in the Healthcare domain is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills;
fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
Availability to travel as required.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
