The Implementation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing implementation activities, ensuring smooth product deployment, user adoption, and long-term value realization.

This role acts as the bridge between product/technology teams and business stakeholders, driving successful delivery and measurable impact.<br/><br/><b>Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).<br/><br/></p><p>- 6 - 10 years of experience in product implementation, program/project management, or customer success roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product rollouts with measurable adoption outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies, change management, and training strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced : </b><br/><br/><b>1.

Implementation Planning & Execution :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Own and manage the full lifecycle of product implementation, from kickoff to post-rollout support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop detailed project/rollout plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, IT) to ensure readiness.<br/><br/><b>2.

Product Deployment : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee deployment, installation, and configuration of the product in customer environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure seamless integration with existing business systems and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage version control, environment readiness, and go-live activities.<br/><br/><b>3.

Stakeholder Management :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Act as the primary point of contact for business and end-user stakeholders during rollout.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate regular communication, progress updates, and expectation management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build strong relationships to foster trust and collaboration.<br/><br/><b>4.

End-User Readiness & Adoption :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Drive user enablement through training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, training content, and adoption playbooks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor user adoption and engagement, addressing challenges proactively.<br/><br/><b>5.

Change & Risk Management :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Support organizational change management by articulating the products value to users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact successful adoption.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing business operations during rollout.<br/><br/><b>6.
