Job Description & Summary: A career within our Cloud & Infrastructure team will provide you with the opportunity to help clients design, build, and operate modern, scalable, and secure cloud platforms.

As an AWS DevOps / SRE Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for enabling infrastructure automation, operational reliability, and cloud best practices, while supporting mission-critical workloads across AWS environments.

Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.

· Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.

· Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using CloudWatch and other observability tools.

· Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across cloud environments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and security engineers.

· Support ITSM workflows through systems like ServiceNow or Jira for incident and change management.

· Follow cloud security and networking best practices across VPC, subnets, SGs, NACLs, firewalls, DNS, and Load Balancers.

· Contribute to automation of operational tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

· Stay current with emerging cloud technologies relevant to DevOps and platform engineering.

Mandatory skill sets: · Minimum 3 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations.

· Strong expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).

· Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

· Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

· Sound knowledge of networking and security fundamentals in cloud environments.

· Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.

· Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.

· Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred skill sets:

· Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

· Certifications in AWS or Azure (e.g., SysOps Admin, Solutions Architect, Azure Admin).

· Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, ECS, EKS).

Years of experience required:

3 to 4 years (Associate level)

Education qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
