We are looking for a skilled CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, strong programming skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Job Overview: 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Microsoft projects and a solid understanding of agile delivery frameworks using Azure DevOps or Jira.
Key Responsibilities 
· Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects across sales, service, and marketing modules 
· Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets in alignment with client goals 
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders 
· Monitor project progress using Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution 
· Manage change requests, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle 
· Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews 
· Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and post-implementation support 
· Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in CRM project delivery 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
· 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects 
· Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and integration 
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft project delivery methodologies 
· Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira for agile project tracking and collaboration 
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills 
· Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, PL-600) are a plus 
Preferred Attributes 
· Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) 
· Exposure to enterprise-level CRM deployments 
· Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams 
· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
