JD: The Guidewire Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Guidewire implementations through comprehensive testing strategies.
This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and validating business rules across modules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, insurance domain knowledge, and experience with both manual and automated testing tools.
Responsibilities: • Design and execute test plans for Guidewire implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate business rules, workflows, and UI elements in Guidewire.
• Log and track defects using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with BAs and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Automate test cases where applicable using Selenium or similar tools.Required Skills: • Experience testing Guidewire modules.
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows and business rules.
• Proficiency in test management tools.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.Other requirements: Guidewire certification(s) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with SQL and database management.
