  & Summary: 
As Support Technician, You will own the stability, availability, and performance of customer-facing .NET and Angular applications backed by relational databases.
You will triage and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, optimize queries, and drive operational excellence through automation, observability, and strong cross-team collaboration 
Responsibilities:  
Handling initial user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Diagnosing and fixing problems within both the .NET backend (C#, ASP.NET, etc.) and the Angular frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)  Design and optimize relational database objects and queries using SQL Server.
  Investigate and resolve database performance issues, blocking/deadlocks, and slow queries Create and optimize indexes, review execution plans, and tune queries and stored procedures Respond to and manage support tickets and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving issues such as login problems, password resets, and simple data recovery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the app platform, providing solutions and workarounds.
Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Document issues and resolutions, maintaining an accurate log of activities for reference.
Maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions Assist in testing new features and updates to the platform to ensure quality and performance.
Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs. Monitor App performance and report any issues.
Mandatory skill sets:  
Understanding of cloud services and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings   Microsoft certified SQL Developer / Programmer with a deep knowledge on SQL server script and query writing, Stored Procedure and SSRS    Knowledge on .NET Core, Angular, C#, ASP.NET,  MVC, API, and building scalable microservices-based applications.
 Expertise in designing secure and high-performing solutions with cloud-native (Azure Dev Ops) approaches.
 Responsible for assuring stability of backend systems (Application, Servers and network devices).
 Strong analytical and query debugging skill.
 Recommend changes those results in increased system productivity, stability, and/or cost savings.
 To be updated on latest technology advances and make recommendations where appropriate.
 Understanding of software development and app platform operations  Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools Preferred skill sets:
