Responsibilities:

- Analyze solutions through the lens of client requirement metrics as well as business domain.

- Engage with leadership and diversified stakeholder groups to understand their analytical needs and recommend Business Intelligence solutions.

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions.

- Work with data engineering, machine learning, and software development teams to enable the appropriate capture and storage of key data points.

- Conduct written and verbal presentations to share insights and recommendations to audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication.

- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

- Influence new opportunities for business based on internal and external data.

- Lead requirement and functional discussions/workshops with customers.

- Document requirements, review QA test cases, and conduct functional testing.

- Review UX designs to verify conformance to requirements.

- Coordinate with different teams for obtaining planning inputs in time and ensure plans are aligned/agreed with stakeholders before set timelines.

- Support business decisions by formulating hypotheses, structuring the problem, analyzing relevant data to verify hypotheses, and preparing documentation to communicate the results.

- Act as a liaison between the business client and technical team by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems.

- Support client’s organizational transformation goals by understanding the current operational state, future state, and business values; helping to define and drive business solutions to meet the transformation goals.

- Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and determine the gaps between requirements and product functionalities, defining workable solutions to bridge the gaps.

- Be part of a scrum team and help the Product Owner in Sprint Prioritization.

- Engage at the pre-sales stage to ensure the business drivers are understood and that the solutions proposed are targeted to help meet business value/KPIs indicated.

- Drive and help execute strategy by understanding the best mix of technologies and platforms and ensuring successful solution platform adoption by working closely with enterprise customers.

Data Analyst Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business initiatives.

- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to automate data processes and improve efficiency.

- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference.

- Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., that will support our business needs.

- Dive deep to fully understand the ETL pipelines, report architecture, and metric definitions.

- Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.

Mandatory skill sets:

- Expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.).

- Working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).

- Ability to break down any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved.

- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

- Result-oriented and ownership-driven, able to end-to-end own a process/project with strong attention to detail.

- Superior project management abilities and initiative to lead assignments with minimal guidance

- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

A master’s degree is a plus.

Years of experience

required:

- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

-B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science, Mathematics & Scientific Computing etc.)
