Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and solutions • Oversee, develop and manage data transformation processes within Snowflake to ensure data integrity, quality, and performance.
• Design and optimize Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architectures to support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Well versed with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture.
Understands financial bookings and revenue reports in Salesforce and DWH, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and data models.
• Implement and maintain best practices for data management, data governance, and data security.
• Implementation of BI tools, like Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others, to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, data transformation, and BI tools.
Mandatory skill sets:
Solution Architect, Snowflake, Data warehousing, BI Tools Experience, Data Migration on or from snowflake

Years of experience required:
Experience and Qualifications 8 to 10 years
Education qualification:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake and data transformation processes within Snowflake.
• Strong background in Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others.
• In-depth understanding of financial bookings and revenue reports in Salesforce and DWH.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technical professionals.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
