& Summary:Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable value realization for GCC-based FS clients.
· Drive the setup and operationalization of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the FS domain, facilitating best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Develop tailored solutions and value propositions in areas including core banking modernization, payment platforms, treasury, regulatory compliance, banking & payments operations and emerging FS technologies.
· Have knowledge off and leverage new age technologies AI, GenAI, AgentiAI to enhance CoEs or optimize processes · Build and expand strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business development opportunities aligned with our service capabilities.
· Manage strategic account plans, lead proposal development, and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
· Conduct market analysis to stay updated on financial services trends, GCC market needs, and competitive landscapes to support solutioning and sales efforts.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing within the organization.

· 8-10 years of overall experience in the Financial Services domain, with significant exposure to GCC-based Global Capability Centers.
Years of experience required: · 8 to 10
Education qualification: · Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CBAP, CFA, PMP) preferred.
