Role Overview
Support the First Line of Defense by driving effective risk and control management across business
units, while strengthening governance and resilience practices.
Core Responsibilities
· Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), thematic reviews, and issue remediation.
· Monitor and report on emerging risks, KRIs, and incidents.
· Partner with business leaders to strengthen governance, regulatory readiness, and risk culture.
· Support operational resilience, including service mapping, continuity planning, and scenario
testing.
