About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with 5-10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain, particularly with Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up Centers of Excellence (CoEs), leading large-scale transformation projects, driving value realization, and managing client engagement within the BFS industry.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead business transformation initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and expand our presence within key BFS GCC clients
Responsibilities:
Experienced in end-to-end design and implementation of transformation & transition projects,
ensuring delivery excellence and measurable value realization for GCC-based Banking &
Financial Services clients.
Drive the setup and operationalization of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the FS domain,
Required Experience and Skills:
5-10 years of overall experience with consulting firms in the Banking & Financial Services
domain, with significant exposure to GCC-based Global Capability Centers.
Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation projects with end-to-end responsibility for delivery and value realization along with proven experience in setting up and managing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) focused on FS business transformation.
Strong proposal development and presentation skills
