Responsibilities:
· Lead implementation of Talent & Performance modules with configuration tailored to client needs.
· Deploy PEX and Peakon solutions for capturing actionable employee feedback.
· Design and implement Employee Journeys to improve engagement and retention.
· Collaborate with HR leadership to align talent management strategies with business goals.
· Configure performance review cycles, goals, and calibration processes.
· Manage integrations between talent systems and Workday modules.
· Analyze employee experience data to recommend improvements.
· Provide training and documentation for talent management tools.
· Advise on best practices in performance and engagement analytics.
· Support post-implementation optimization and upgrades
Mandatory skill sets:
Workday, Talent and Performance, PEX, Peakon & Journeys Expert
Preferred skill sets:
With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday
Years of experience required:
· Minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience · Overall experience can vary between 8 - 14 Years
Education qualification:
· Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred · B.E/B.Tech + MBA (optional)
· ERP Implementation Exp
