<p><p><b>Job Title : Incorta Developer</b><br/><br/><b>Experience Level : 3+ Years</b><br/><br/><b>Location : Pune/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad [Hybrid]</b><br/><br/><b>Employment Type : Full-Time</b><br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Incorta Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our data engineering team.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Incorta Analytics along with proficiency in SQL and at least one of the following : ODI, Python/PySpark, or Azure Data Factory.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights by building scalable data models and real-time dashboards using Incortas Direct Data Mapping architecture.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design and develop data pipelines and dashboards using Incorta.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate and model data from various sources (ERP, cloud, on-prem) using SQL and Incorta Data Models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain business schemas, formulas, and joins in Incorta to enable efficient reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data loads and refresh cycles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement data ingestion frameworks using ODI / ADF / PySpark based on project needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize query performance and support troubleshooting for Incorta reports and dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in Incorta Analytics development (schemas, dashboards, business views).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>Experience with at least one of the following : <br/><br/></p><p>- ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) for data ingestion and transformation<br/><br/></p><p>- Python / PySpark for data processing and automation<br/><br/></p><p>- Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestrating ETL workflows<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP) as data sources for Incorta.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data lake integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps for data solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Work on innovative analytics projects with modern data stack technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative team culture that values innovation and ownership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Flexible work options and career growth opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Education</b> : <br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
