<p></p><p><b>About Role</b> This role would be responsible for the execution of Internal Audit, Optimize the audit coverage in line with organization internal policies and external/regulatory Plan and execution of internal audits of all activities within organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordination with the internal Auditors firms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide oversight to management of Control lapses.<br/><br/></p><p>- Preparation of reports for the Management and Board.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensuring compliance to the action on the internal Audit observations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and adherence to timelines for Audit completion .<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluation of controls over operations, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Designing SOPs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Updating RCMs and Performing ICOFR testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide extensive, in-depth knowledge of field to others.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identification of Risks.<br/><br/><b>Successful candidates will have:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- CA qualified or prior experience in Risk Advisory.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3-5 years of experience of Internal Audit and experience required (either within the Banking industry or within a Professional Services Firm).<br/><br/></p><p>- Must be able to operate independently from time to time.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated time management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong organizational and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Office experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of risks and internal controls.</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
