<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><br/><p>About the Role : <br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and visionary BI Architect to join our team.
The BI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, leveraging strategic thinking, technical expertise, and architectural leadership.
This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making by building scalable, reusable, and high-performance BI frameworks that align with organizational goals.</p><br/><p>Key Responsibilities : </p><br/><p><b>Architect and Design Solutions : </b></p><br/><p>- Conduct current state assessments to prescribe a Data & Analytics (D&A) modernization strategy and a data-culture transformation roadmap.</p><br/><p>- Architect modern, secure, high-performance, and self-service analytics solutions focused on user adoption.</p><br/><p>- Incorporate people, processes, and technology levers in BI solutions design.</p><br/><p>- Review and optimize existing analytics solutions and processes to accelerate business value.</p><br/><p><b>Provide Advisory and Consulting Services : </b></p><br/><p>- Lead consulting engagements across projects and accounts, offering expert advice and guidance.</p><br/><p>- Support pre-sales activities, including engaging prospects, conducting workshops, developing solutions and points of view, scoping, writing proposals, and collaborating with partners.</p><br/><p>- Assist sales and marketing teams in enablement activities.</p><br/><p><b>Systematically Develop and Maintain Offerings : </b></p><br/><p>- Drive the development of BI offerings and lead pilot implementations.</p><br/><p>- Define, enhance, and internalize implementation methodologies, processes, and templates for prioritized solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Contribute to Organizational Strategy : </b></p><br/><p>- Provide thought leadership to stay ahead in the market.</p><br/><p>- Establish and manage innovation labs focused on BI and analytics.</p><br/><p>- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) partnerships with channel partners.</p><br/><p>- Lead prioritized strategic initiatives within the and Experience : </b></p><br/><p><b>Experience : </b></p><br/><p>- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence architecture, data analytics, or related fields.</p><br/><p>- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale BI solutions in complex environments.</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Expertise in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.</p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and database management (SQL, NoSQL).</p><br/><p>- Experience with cloud BI solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with modern data architecture concepts such as Data Lakes, Data Mesh, or Data Fabric.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p><br/><p>- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in collaborative environments.</p><br/><p>- Consulting and advisory experience preferred.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
