<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Job Title : Technical Project/Delivery Manager (Microsoft .NET Stack).<br/><br/></p><p>Location : Indore.<br/><br/></p><p>Experience : 12+ years.<br/><br/></p><p>Employment Type : Full-Time.<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>You will act as the bridge between business-facing teams, technology teams, and project management, ensuring seamless execution of development initiatives while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Delivery Ownership : Lead and manage large software delivery projects across the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Leadership : Provide architectural and technical guidance to teams on .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and senior management to define project scope, priorities, and success criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Team Management : Build, mentor, and guide cross-functional development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Agile Practices : Well aware of agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure teams follow best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and code quality standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, providing mitigation strategies and escalating where necessary.<br/><br/></p><p>- Process Optimisation : Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Reporting : Provide regular project updates, status reports, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience : 12+ years of progressive experience in software development and delivery, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or delivery management role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on background in Microsoft .NET stack including C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and Azure Cloud services/AWS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Project Management : Proven track record of managing complex projects with distributed teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).<br/><br/></p><p>- DevOps & CI/CD : Familiarity with AWS/Azure DevOps, Git, automated build and release pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leadership Skills : Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and present delivery status effectively.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in leading a product development team.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
