is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Mobile Lead Developer iOS to lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications.<br/><br/>This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in Swift, Combine, MVVM, and modern iOS architectural patterns.<br/><br/>As the iOS Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, scalable applications that align with our digital transformation goals.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Leadership & Strategy :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers to ensure high standards of code quality and engineering practices.<br/><br/>- Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and backend developers to define and implement mobile strategies and roadmaps.<br/><br/><b>Architecture & Development :</b><br/><br/>- Architect, design, and develop high-performance iOS applications using Swift, Combine, and MVVM architecture.<br/><br/>- Ensure implementation of modern iOS development practices including dependency injection, modularization, and reactive programming.<br/><br/><b>Code Quality & Optimization :</b><br/><br/>- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.<br/><br/>- Ensure secure coding practices and app compliance with platform guidelines (App Store).<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Communication :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, QA, and backend services to deliver robust mobile solutions.<br/><br/>- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and provide accurate time estimations for tasks and features.<br/><br/><b>Continuous Improvement :</b><br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest tools, libraries, and trends in iOS development and advocate for their adoption.<br/><br/>- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in development processes, tools, and workflows.<br/><br/><b>Technical Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in iOS application development.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Combine framework for reactive programming.<br/><br/>- Expertise in MVVM architecture, modular app design, and working with RESTful APIs.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Apples design principles and human interface guidelines.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with tools like Xcode, Git, Fastlane, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and debugging complex issues.<br/><br/>- Exposure to agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
