<p></p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>About the Role :<br/><br/>We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Lead to join our growing SAP practice.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (2020 or later) with strong functional knowledge of financial and controlling processes, coupled with practical exposure to cloud-based SAP projects.<br/><br/>This is a hybrid role that combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Kolkata.<br/><br/>As an SAP FICO Consultant / Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO modules to support our clients' digital transformation journeys.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead or participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.<br/><br/>- Analyze and understand business requirements from clients and convert them into SAP functional specifications.<br/><br/>- Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-OM, CO-PA, etc.) to meet business process requirements.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and technical teams for seamless integration.<br/><br/>- Prepare project documentation including functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.<br/><br/>- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/>- Deliver post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements.<br/><br/>- Work on SAP Cloud projects, including integrations with third-party applications.<br/><br/>- Act as a key point of contact for client interactions and provide expert consulting support.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (version 2020 or later).<br/><br/>- At least one full-cycle end-to-end implementation on SAP S/4HANA.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of financial and management accounting principles and how they are implemented in SAP.<br/><br/>- Experience in cloud-based SAP deployments and understanding of SaaS integrations is highly desirable.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a hybrid model, including occasional on-site presence in Kolkata.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<br/><br/>- Professional certifications in SAP FICO/S/4HANA are an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualities :</b><br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and lead a team when required.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Agile mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.<br/><br/>- Experience in interacting with clients across different geographies</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
