<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/>The role demands strong expertise across IT Service Management (ITSM) functions, platform modules, and integrations.<br/><br/>The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and administrators to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Solution Design & Architecture :</b><br/><br/>- Define, architect, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and other enterprise functions.<br/><br/>- Create high-level and detailed architecture documents, solution designs, and system roadmaps.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.<br/><br/><b>Platform Development & Configuration :</b><br/><br/>- Lead design and configuration of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).<br/><br/>- Implement ServiceNow applications such as ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, and CSM where applicable.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and performance optimization.<br/><br/><b>Integration & API Management :</b><br/><br/>- Design and manage integrations with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, web services, and MID Server.<br/><br/>- Define data models, mappings, and synchronization processes for smooth integration across platforms.<br/><br/><b>Governance & Standards</b><br/><br/>- Establish technical standards, guidelines, and governance processes for ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/>- Ensure platform security, compliance, and scalability are embedded in all solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide oversight for release management, upgrades, and version control.<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators to define roadmaps.<br/><br/>- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow platform capabilities.<br/><br/>- Mentor developers, administrators, and technical consultants to enhance delivery excellence.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Candidate Profile</b><br/><br/><b>Core Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in ITSM modules and experience in designing enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and workflow automation.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and CMDB best practices.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration design patterns.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools: Flow Designer, Service Portal, Business Rules, UI Policies, Catalog Items.<br/><br/>- Experience with upgrades, patching, and performance tuning on ServiceNow.<br/><br/><b>Desirable Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM).<br/><br/>- Experience migrating decentralized/localized technologies into centralized ServiceNow-driven systems.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- ITIL v3/v4 Certification preferred.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are highly desirable</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
