<p><p>Senior Software Engineer (UI).<br/><br/>We have an opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join our SaaS Engineering team in Bangalore, reporting to the senior manager of Engineering.<br/><br/>In this role, you will architect and build scalable, high-quality UI solutions that serve as the single pane of glass for our SaaS customers.<br/><br/>You will collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to design intuitive interfaces, harden the product, and deliver features that drive customer value.<br/><br/>You will also mentor team members, set UI best practices, and influence the overall UI architecture.<br/><br/>You will work on a network-based cloud-native platform, with end-to-end ownership of features.<br/><br/><b>Be a Contributor What Youll Do :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with UX and UI teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-facing features for Infobloxs Cloud UI.<br/><br/>- Partner with the UI architects/leads to drive the UI roadmap and define scalable, reusable components.<br/><br/>- Build high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to the UI test suite to ensure robust functionality.<br/><br/>- Deliver features within committed timelines, proactively communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Lead key aspects of product design, development, and testing within an Agile/Scrum framework.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior UI engineers, promoting best practices and elevating team standards.<br/><br/>- Influence the evolution of the UI architecture while shaping the customer experience end-to-end.<br/><br/><b>Be Prepared What You Bring :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in designing and developing high-quality, user-centric UIs.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in standard web technologies, such as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.<br/><br/>- Good hands-on experience with Angular and RxJS for reactive programming.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/>- Experienced with Figma, code versioning tools (Git) and issue/bug tracking tools (Jira).<br/><br/>- Deep knowledge of unit testing frameworks to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.<br/><br/>- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating with peers across different geographies.<br/><br/>- Exposure to AI tools, including Figma and Playwright MCP, and Kubernetes is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Be Successful Your Path:</b><br/><br/>- First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.<br/><br/>- Discuss and create short/long term goals.<br/><br/>- Six Months: Deliver key user-facing features while collaborating globally, improving UI workflows, and sharing knowledge.<br/><br/>- One Year: Lead UI framework and major features end-to-end, mentor teammates, and drive long-term technical and UX strategy.<br/><br/>- Comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and flexible work options.<br/><br/>- Learning opportunities, career-mobility programs, and leadership workshops.<br/><br/>- Sixteen paid volunteer hours each year, global employee resource groups, and a No Jerks policy that keeps collaboration healthy.<br/><br/>- Modern offices with EV charging, healthy snacks (and the occasional cupcake), plus hackathons, game nights, and culture celebrations.<br/><br/>- Charitable Giving Program supported by Company Match.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
