Technical Project Manager to join our Engineering team in Bangalore, reporting to the Director of Engineering Enablement & Release Management.<br/><br/>In this key role, youll drive the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative technical projects that fuel Infobloxs growth.<br/><br/>Youll lead Agile teams and partner closely with scrum masters, product owners, product managers, engineering leaders, architects, and IT to deliver world-class products.<br/><br/>Beyond execution, youll have the opportunity to mentor others and champion Agile best practices, with a strong focus on execution discipline and delivering customer value.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Be a Contributor What Youll Do :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Direct cross-functional teams of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to define delivery scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies, such as scrum of scrums, product owner syncs, and ART syncs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment by encouraging team members to share ideas, experiment with new approaches, and learn from failures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with stakeholders to provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the Project or Program Increments (PIs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure that products are delivered on time and within scope and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead post-project reviews, like Inspect and Adapt, to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver high-impact technical projects contributing to the organization's strategic goals and overall growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage projects involving multiple ARTs and contribute to successfully launching new products, features, or enhancements, directly influencing our competitive edge and market position.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Be Prepared What You Bring :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 8 years of program management experience, with a bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar degree or six years of program management experience with an MBA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Agile principles, and methodologies and a familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid technical background to effectively communicate with technical team members and understand project complexities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Target process, and version control systems like Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and industry best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to communicate project objectives, progress, risks, and issues clearly and concisely tailored to the audience's level of understanding.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to understand stakeholder needs, concerns, and feedback and incorporate insights into project planning and Successful Your Path :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>First 90 Days : Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.<br/><br/>Discuss and create short/long term goals.<br/><br/>Six Months :<br/><br/></p><p>- Successfully lead delivery for at least one major project or Agile Release Train (ART), demonstrating ownership and execution discipline.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build strong, trust-based relationships across Engineering, Product Management, and IT, becoming a go-to partner for delivery excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take full ownership of the Change Management Review (CMR) process for your teams, ensuring smooth and compliant releases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Begin identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities at the project level, enhancing team velocity and predictability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and retrospectives with insights that improve team collaboration and delivery outcomes.<br/><br/>One Year :</p><p><br/>- Drive measurable improvements in engineering maturity across your teams through regular assessments, coaching, and process enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expand your influence by mentoring newer TPMs or scrum masters, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and learning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead delivery for multiple ARTs or complex cross-functional initiatives, contributing directly to Infoblox's strategic goals and product roadmap.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with Engineering Enablement to pilot new tools, metrics, or practices that improve delivery efficiency and transparency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be recognized as a thought leader in Agile delivery within the organization, contributing to
