<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We're Hiring : Salesforce Sr. Developer / Jr. Architect<br/><br/>Location : Pune (Hybrid - 2 Days WFO)<br/><br/>Experience : 8+ Years<br/><br/>Mode : Hybrid (2 days work from office per week)<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and contribute to solution design in collaboration with senior architects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on development in Salesforce with a focus on CPQ, CLM, and custom implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver scalable, high-quality architecture and development solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate solutions and own the end-to-end implementation across domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Align technical designs with both short-term and long-term business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and manage custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide and support cross-functional teams in using Salesforce and associated business tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design robust integration frameworks (cloud-hosted or client-hosted systems).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate across global teams; non-IST work hours may occasionally be required.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture design experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and CLM is essential.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in designing and developing custom integration solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of sales and contract lifecycle processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming fundamentals and development best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt in fast-paced environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
