The INFOR LN Integration Developer reports to the VP of Global Applications plus collaborates with developers, HR, and other partners to ensure understanding of our goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The Opportunity ...

Responsibilities As an INFOR LN Data Conversion Consultant, you will manage data conversion activities for implementing the INFOR LN ERP system.

You will work with the project team, team members, and technical resources to ensure successful data migration and conversion from legacy systems to INFOR LN.

We are looking for an understanding of data structures, conversion methodologies, and INFOR LN functionality.

Your responsibilities will help shape successful outcomes of LN ERP system.

You have experience with LN is critical with knowledge of different modules and how they're connected in a multisite environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years of work experience in Infor LN/Baan latest versions, including multisite concept knowledge.

Domain expertise on multiple LN modules is required.

Experience supporting implementation and familiarity with the data table structure without losing relationships or spending company resources unnecessarily.

Expert level Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills Knowledge: Lead the data migration from each site's legacy system to the new ERP Knowledge of all Infor LN ERP modules is required, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehousing.

TP projects and Service.

Knowledge of the underlying tables of the Infor LN ERP system is required You are required to maintain data mapping and transformation from legacy system to the new system.

Lead each site through data cleansing activities to clean up data in legacy systems so a smooth transition is possible.

Understand and promote main master data, codes, parameters, and settings in ERP LN You will provide business with initial validation of data migrated, including initial financial reporting tie out, and working with the business to achieve acceptance approval Provide training and troubleshooting support to sites on the use of the ERP system Support first financial month end close in new system after migration.

Background in finance and financial reporting.

Other responsibilities as assigned The ERP system touches the business and often requires process change for every site.

It is important that this role be able to handle the relationships with users at every site, who have mixed skills, and mixed motivations to help them through the change management process.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY: Indicate budget/revenue responsibility.

Explain the degree of management/guidance, procedures/ processes used judgement, creativity, planning needed to do the job.

Position exercises a high degree of independence and autonomy in managing the ERP data migration.

Regular reviews with the ERP Project Manager and the Corporate IT ERP Deployment team are normal through conference call and virtual collaboration tools.

How are errors detected and what is possible impact of those errors Errors are detected through successful data migration from legacy system to the new system and acceptance by the business.

Successful issue resolution following each pilot trail and improvement in data migration for each round of pilots.

Audit documentation is reviewed by Internal and External auditors.

Ultimate success of the team is evaluated by the successful roll out of the ERP to sites with minimal business change.
