**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) Specialist/Architect to lead and deliver end-to-end MDM solutions.
This is a critical role requiring a seasoned professional with 10-20 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM, capable of overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, architecture, delivery, and ongoing support.
This is a long-term engagement (12 months or more), offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise data governance and MDM practices.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions.
+ Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to develop MDM strategies and roadmaps.
+ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Informatica MDM-related initiatives.
+ Drive end-to-end delivery of MDM projects including planning, execution, deployment, and post-go-live support.
+ Provide coaching and training to internal teams and stakeholders on Informatica MDM tools and best practices.
+ Establish and maintain MDM governance standards, including documentation, workflows, and data quality rules.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data stewards, developers, and support teams.
+ Deliver ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring system reliability and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications:
+ 7–15+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
+ Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership within MDM programs.
+ Strong understanding of data modeling, hierarchy management, data integration, and stewardship.
+ Experience creating governance frameworks, standards, and documentation.
+ Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Informatica MDM certification(s).
+ Experience with cloud-based MDM environments.
+ Exposure to related data management tools (e.g., Informatica IDQ, PowerCenter, Axon).
+ Previous consulting or large enterprise implementation experience.
