<p></p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>Location : - Thrissur<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, procedures, and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).<br/><br/>- Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, SEBI, UIDAI, NPCI, ITGC, and other relevant frameworks.<br/><br/>- Manage and oversee SIEM, DLP, XDR, and SOC operations.<br/><br/>- Lead threat intelligence initiatives and monitor cybersecurity threats across the organization.<br/><br/>- Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.<br/><br/>- Handle regulatory audits and maintain compliance documentation.<br/><br/>- Lead, mentor, and manage the information security team to drive operational excellence.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, LogRhythm).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of DLP solutions (Symantec, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian).<br/><br/>- Experience with Extended Detection & Response (XDR) tools.<br/><br/>- Proficient in vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with endpoint security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP security).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of encryption, PKI, IAM, and network security protocols.<br/><br/>- Experience in incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.<br/><br/><b>Required Candidate Profile : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum 10 years of experience in the information security domain within banking or financial services.<br/><br/>- Proven experience leading security teams and managing regulatory audits.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with SOC operations, SIEM, DLP, XDR, and threat intelligence.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of SOC 2 compliance and cybersecurity best practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills<br/><br/></p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
