We want our company to remain thoughtful as we scale and try to be genuinely progressive in how we operate.<br/><br/> We want people to really own what they do and be given the autonomy and freedom to make mistakes, learn, and create something meaningful.<br/><br/> We all work incredibly hard because we really care about what Innovatise is here to do were looking for exceptional people who are proactive, hungry to learn and want to put their pride in our collective achievements.<br/><br/><b>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :</b><br/><br/>As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of one of our small technical teams and you will get to work on exciting projects that are disrupting the fitness industry, be able to explore new technologies and be given all the tools you need to carry out your role.<br/><br/>You will take ownership and lead on projects on our mobile app and marketing platform consisting of ever-growing technology stacks in AWS as we extend our platform.<br/><br/>- You will analyse, architect and implement new modules for the product.<br/><br/>- You will integrate our product with our partners platforms, including authentication, webhooks and data feeds.<br/><br/>- You will run continuous integration and deployment to test your services and work closely with other developers, to can rapidly integrate your code into other microservices.<br/><br/>- You will manage your own releases and deployment testing.<br/><br/>- Participate in daily stand-up meetings.<br/><br/>- Help and facilitate resolving obstacles for the team.<br/><br/>- Work closely with product owners in the design process in micro iterations.<br/><br/>- Working closely with the QA team to ensure platform quality and facilitate releases.<br/><br/><b>WHAT YOU BRING :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for Full Stack Developers who are motivated, love coding and are passionate about their work and want to progress their skillset and career.<br/><br/>- Demonstrable evidence of strong and diverse programming skills across a range of development platforms, including full-stack development.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills you will need to communicate clearly and proactively to deliver your projects.<br/><br/>- Strong analysis and design skills you will work directly with product owners, and we dont believe in the intermediate analyst role.

To be completely solution-oriented, pragmatic and effective in coming up with proof of concepts and full implementations.<br/><br/>- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (preferred) or backend development.<br/><br/>- Deep expertise in Java, with strong experience in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and web-based architectures.<br/><br/>- Strong grasp of object-oriented design, design patterns, and scalable systems design.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB/DynamoDB).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript, with practical experience using React or similar Modern frontend frameworks.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication mechanisms, and web security best practices.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with clarity on appropriate use cases.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ideally, experience in AWS cloud services : ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Elasticsearch, Terraform, Kinesis Events, Kinesis Analytics, Redis.<br/><br/>- Ideally, you have good experience in designing and adapting relational and non-relational databases.<br/><br/>- You learn very fast and independently our platform grows very quickly, and we adopt new architectures and technologies quickly.<br/><br/><b>GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS :</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.<br/><br/>- Experience with Node.js for backend development.<br/><br/>- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or the ELK stack.<br/><br/><b>WHAT WE OFFER :</b><br/><br/>- To work in a fast-moving environment with an innovative and cutting-edge product.<br/><br/>- Freedom you are empowered and you have the freedom to contribute your ideas, take ownership and make your mark.<br/><br/>- Work on a meaningful product that helps people to stay fit and lead a healthier life.<br/><br/>- Freedom to design and architect the product features, coordinating with the product management.<br/><br/>- Exposure to the latest cloud technologies and the ability to learn and work with them.<br/><br/>- Competitive salary.<br/><br/>- Health Insurance for yourself and your family.<br/><br/>- Best equipment : top-end developer machine, MacBook Pro, monitor and accessories.<br/><br/><b>SOUND GOOD ?</b><br/><br/>This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic, flat agile team and work on cutting-edge mobile technologies<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
