<p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow ITSM applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and expertise in developing solutions that enhance business workflows and operational Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules, including </p><p>Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations leveraging REST and SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and manage Service Catalog items, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), notifications, and reports/dashboards to meet business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform platform administration tasks such as upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system operation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all developed solutions comply with ServiceNow best practices, security guidelines, and ITIL standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document technical designs, system configurations, workflows, and customizations for </p><p>knowledge sharing and future Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow, including client scripts, UI policies, </p><p>and business rules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Service Catalog configuration, SLA management, notifications, and </p><p>reporting/dashboard creation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience performing system administration tasks such as upgrades, patching, and </p><p>performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to document technical designs and configurations clearly and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in agile environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
