<p><p><b>Were Looking For a Lead Software (UI React) Engineer!</b><br/><br/>Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for building rich full stack web applications.<br/><br/>This individual will own the full software development lifecycle to assess, and deliver critical web application that will directly impact hundreds of thousands to millions of users.<br/><br/>This individual will also help grow and coach engineers to realize their full potential as much as be mentored and coached themselves for upward career acceleration.<br/><br/>We work with cutting-edge technology, design thinking, and agile methodologies to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up.<br/><br/>Together we create applications and platforms in ways that deliver superior products and challenge the status quo through high-velocity engineering and expert design to help our clients execute their modern digital road maps.<br/><br/><b>At InRhythm, you will :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead, design, develop and test Modern Web applications and work with fellow Software Engineers and Product Managers to navigate the discussion and strategy in architecting web and cloud platforms.<br/><br/>- Own end-to-end architectural assessments and delivery of our client platforms.<br/><br/>- Define, architect and break out epics/features for others, while maintaining a sense of the whole picture.<br/><br/>- Work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver working software incrementally.<br/><br/>- Help with the growth of the Web Practice by collaborating on the interviewing pipeline, hosting tech talks and workshops, identifying industry trends to discuss, and participating in practice activities.<br/><br/>- Mentor the less-experienced members of the team, interview potential engineers for your own and other teams, have an opportunity to help influence the direction of the project, and showcase your technical skills and knowledge in company tech talks.<br/><br/><b>What You Bring To The Table :</b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of enterprise application development and platform modernization experience, including web applications development using React.js, Node.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST.<br/><br/>- 2+ years of consulting experience, working closely with enterprise clients.<br/><br/>- 2+ year of experience leading a team.<br/><br/>- Experience with building reusable component libraries for Design Language Systems.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Browser performance.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD practices and testing (including complex unit tests, integration tests, etc.)<br/><br/>- Knowledge of GraphQL, Websockets, and server-side rendering.<br/><br/>- Experience in Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Strong executive presence with creative brainstorming skills, high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external stakeholders, IT management, and both technical and non-technical teams.<br/><br/><b>What Makes You Stand Out :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodology.<br/><br/>- Self-starter mindset, taking initiative and ownership of a challenge while providing practical and innovative solutions.<br/><br/>- Experience speaking to technical and business audiences while working globally.<br/><br/>- Inspiring others to follow your lead.<br/><br/>- An eagerness to share your knowledge with others.<br/><br/>- A desire to continuously learn as you strive to develop and improve as a team.<br/><br/>- Strong desire to grow the business of software development by helping to grow the team and be involved in practice leadership.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
