<p>A US based IT Product MNC is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Learning Consultant/Associate Manager to join our internal Learning & Development team.<br/><br/>This role is responsible for organizational development, communications, and consulting with the business to build learning programs aligned to our goals and in support of our employee value proposition to become your best professional self.
This role will also contribute to broader organizational development initiatives, with a strong focus on technical upskilling, leadership development, and performance enablement.<br/><br/>The job role in India based, but will require working in close collaboration with APAC and US offices in a Hybrid setup.
<br/><br/><b>Key Strategy & Program Development</b><br/><br/>- Work in close collaboration with Regional Head HR and Regional business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs across technical and customer-facing teams.<br/><br/>- Design and implement scalable learning programs for skill building as well as Leadership Development<br/><br/>- Maintain positive relationships with managers and employees to promote our culture of open Development</b><br/><br/>- Support management and leadership development initiatives in the Region<br/><br/>- Drive change management and culture-building efforts through learning interventions.<br/><br/>- Lead initiatives that promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.<br/><br/>- Create and manage a project plans and communication plans for new and/or updated learning programs.
Adhere to deadlines and ensure communications are sent announcing new programs.<br/><br/><b>Technical Enablement</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support teams to support and maintain technical onboarding training modules.<br/><br/>- Facilitate hands-on workshops and peer learning sessions to build technical depth.<br/><br/>- Track and measure technical skill development using assessments and performance metrics.<br/><br/><b>Learning Operations & Analytics</b><br/><br/>- Leverage learning platforms (LMS), content libraries, and vendor relationships to ensure employee development needs are met.<br/><br/>- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI and assimilate data for metrics reporting<br/><br/>- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness and engagement.<br/><br/>- Report on learning impact and ROI to stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Additional Duties</b><br/><br/>- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and drive Induction occasionally.
Ensure new hires feel welcomed by providing a positive onboarding experience.<br/><br/>- Assist and partner within internal HR team in the design and implementation of programming to support initiatives such as, DEI, etc.<br/><br/>- Maintain an understanding of training trends, developments and industry practices and share knowledge within HR peers.<br/><br/><b>Mandatory Qualifications</b><br/><br/>- Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources<br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development designing, facilitating, and developing programs for all levels of an organization<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.<br/><br/>- Strong facilitation skills both in person and via remote platforms <br/><br/>- Familiarity with tools like Articulate RISE, Camtasia, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy for Business, OpenSesame or similar.
<br/><br/>- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word<br/><br/>- Detail-oriented, self-starter ability to work independently<br/><br/>- Strong problem solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide solutions<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills </b><br/><br/>- Learning Management System and assessment tool experience, especially with Workday Learning and Questionmark helpful<br/><br/>- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization<br/><br/>- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
