<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Administer, monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and other network devices.<br/><br/>- Ensure high availability and performance of network systems and IT infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>IT Infrastructure & Network Management : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and control company devices, laptops and IT assets.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation and maintenance of IT equipment.<br/><br/>- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and administer Microsoft O365 services including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive.<br/><br/>- Provide user support and ensure smooth functioning of O365 applications.<br/><br/>- Administer MS Dynamics (advantageous) for business applications support.<br/><br/><b>IT Security & Compliance : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and monitor IT security policies, firewalls and endpoint/device control solutions.<br/><br/>- Ensure secure user access, data protection and compliance with organizational policies.<br/><br/>- Regularly update security patches, monitor potential threats and respond to incidents.<br/><br/><b>System & Device Management : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and control company devices, laptops and IT assets.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation and maintenance of IT equipment.<br/><br/>- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Support & Training : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical support to users on hardware, software and network-related issues.<br/><br/>- Conduct periodic user awareness sessions on IT security best practices.<br/><br/>- Support IT initiatives, upgrades and new implementations across sites.<br/><br/><b>Education : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (BE IT/CS preferred).<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in IT network administration.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft O365 administration (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).<br/><br/>- LAN/WAN administration, IT security, firewalls and device control.<br/><br/>- MS Dynamics administration (advantage).<br/><br/>- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Device control & endpoint protection (MS Intune, Entra ID, Azure, etc.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft O365 Administration (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).<br/><br/>- MS Dynamics Administration (preferred).<br/><br/>- IT Security & Firewall Management.<br/><br/>- Device Control & Endpoint Protection.<br/><br/>- Strong Communication & User Support.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Posted at Ahmedabad.<br/><br/>- May require occasional travel to other company locations as needed.<br/><br/><b>Compensation : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- As per industry standards</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
