<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> ServiceNow Solution :</b> :</b> 10+ years (5+ years in Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p>A ServiceNow Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow </p><p>solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>You will lead end-to-end technical delivery, inspire customer confidence, and ensure innovative, scalable, and integrated ServiceNow architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring deep technical expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while mentoring technical teams.<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities & Consulting :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Craft scalable technical blueprints considering security, integrations, and future scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop POCs and solution demos that showcase ServiceNows value proposition.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support proposals with effort estimates, cost models, and delivery & Delivery :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the technical delivery of complex ServiceNow projects from inception to go-live.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee module configurations, customizations, and cross-platform integrations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and deliver integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, JDBC, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Resolve complex technical challenges, guiding development teams (onshore/offshore).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure risk and quality standards are met throughout the delivery & Support :</b></p><br/></p><p>- Provide knowledge transfer and training to customers and support teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously monitor performance, optimize workflows, and recommend enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases, best practices, and emerging Leadership Contributions :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Support sales pitches and client presentations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with GTM and marketing team to provide the relevant details<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior architects and technical consultants.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with ServiceNow, product vendors, and strategic partners.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and develop best practices, frameworks, and reusable & Expectations :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Managing the complexity and breadth of ServiceNow functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Addressing diverse and evolving client needs with tailored solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Overcoming integration challenges with enterprise environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and budgets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously upskilling to keep pace with ServiceNow releases and industry & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Proven track record as a ServiceNow Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator & Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certified.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS) and ServiceNow development components (Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, UI Pages).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep integration expertise (Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, JDBC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in agile and traditional delivery Attributes :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong communicator and influencer with C-level engagement skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to delivery excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Passionate about innovation and continuous Certifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (multiple modules)<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Master Architect<br/><br/></p><p>- ITIL Foundation or equivalent process framework certification.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
