<p></p><p>Manager - Business Development : 8+ Years.</p><br/>Apply Now.<br/><br/>Manager Domestic Business Development is a dynamic professional who is well versed with process of Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) sales.<br/><br/>The individual needs to be excellent in strategic planning, and device strategies to achieve the desired goals.<br/><br/>This person needs to be self-driven, goal oriented and passionate to achieve the Key Result Areas.<br/><br/><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Responsible for B2B & B2C domestic sales; Planning strategies to win selected accounts.<br/><br/>- Accountable for achieving Quarterly & Annual Sales Target.<br/><br/>- Responsible for overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of domestic sales.<br/><br/>- Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and submitting required sales forecasts.<br/><br/>- Responsible to take complete ownership of accounts and handling customers queries/complaints.<br/><br/>- Required to communicate with operations team on timely basis for the opportunity stages in sales cycle.<br/><br/>- Ensuring that all contractual agreements done with the clients are fulfilled to their expectations.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with the internal team to understand the solutioning and take the business ahead.<br/><br/>- Establish network with B2B and B2C decision makers and convert relationships into sales.<br/><br/>- Focus on revenue generation and making sure that overall targets are achieved.<br/><br/>- Source new opportunities from tools like LinkedIn & other DB sites.<br/><br/><b>Required Minimum 8+years of B2B / B2C sales experience preferably ERP, CRM, BI etc.
