                Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled  Integration Developer  with strong expertise in  MuleSoft  and  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)  to support and manage enterprise applications and integration platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between cloud and on-premise applications, as well as providing ongoing support, monitoring, and issue resolution for critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Management
Design, build, and maintain integrations using  MuleSoft Anypoint Platform  and  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
Develop APIs, orchestrations, and data flows to connect ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.
Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and performance best practices.
Application Support & Administration
Provide  day-to-day support and monitoring  of integration platforms and connected applications.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Manage user access, configurations, and performance tuning.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
Monitor integration workflows and ensure high availability and reliability.
Maintain documentation, including integration mappings, workflows, and support procedures.
Partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and vendors to improve processes and resolve issues.
Participate in  on-call support rotations  as required.
Qualifications
3–6+ years of hands-on experience with  MuleSoft Anypoint Platform  (API design, flows, connectors, transformations).
Strong experience with  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , including process automation, application adapters, and orchestration.
Solid understanding of  REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API security standards  (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Background in application support and administration, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with  enterprise systems  such as ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), or HCM systems.
Proficiency in  SQL  and working with relational databases.
Preferred Skills
Experience with  cloud platforms  (AWS, Azure, or OCI).
Exposure to  CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins , and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of ITIL practices for application support and incident management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
