Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilledIntegration Developerwith strong expertise inMuleSoftandOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)to support and manage enterprise applications and integration platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between cloud and on-premise applications, as well as providing ongoing support, monitoring, and issue resolution for critical business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Development & ManagementDesign, build, and maintain integrations usingMuleSoft Anypoint PlatformandOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .Develop APIs, orchestrations, and data flows to connect ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and performance best practices.Application Support & AdministrationProvideday-to-day support and monitoringof integration platforms and connected applications.Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.Manage user access, configurations, and performance tuning.Operations & Continuous ImprovementMonitor integration workflows and ensure high availability and reliability.Maintain documentation, including integration mappings, workflows, and support procedures.Partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and vendors to improve processes and resolve issues.Participate inon-call support rotationsas required.Qualifications3–6+ years of hands-on experience withMuleSoft Anypoint Platform(API design, flows, connectors, transformations).Strong experience withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , including process automation, application adapters, and orchestration.Solid understanding ofREST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API security standards(OAuth, JWT, etc.).Background in application support and administration, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.Familiarity withenterprise systemssuch as ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), or HCM systems.Proficiency inSQLand working with relational databases.Preferred SkillsExperience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or OCI).Exposure toCI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins , and DevOps practices.Knowledge of ITIL practices for application support and incident management.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
