                <p></p><p>Business Development Manager - Software Sales</p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br/>- Identify and generate new business opportunities through , networking, and client referrals.</p><br/>- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and position our software solutions to address business challenges.<br/><br/>- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase solutions effectively.<br/><br/>- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Technical) to deliver customized client solutions.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.<br/><br/>- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.<br/><br/>- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM  Qualifications & Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).<br/><br/>- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in software sales, IT solutions sales, or enterprise technology sales.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of software products, SaaS solutions, or IT consulting services.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trusted client relationships.<br/><br/>- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.<br/><br/>- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales  to Have:</b></p><br/>- Previous experience in B2B or enterprise-level software sales.<br/><br/>- Established client network within IT/software/consulting sectors.<br/><br/>- Experience in handling large accounts and long sales cycles.<br/><br/>- Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation solutions</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
